The Strawjet System is a unique process for manufacturing structural building components from a variety of waste agricultural stalks. Some of the agricultural waste harvested by Strawjet includes rice straw and organic wheat and barley straw. The system combines a portable design with  patented easy-to-operate machinery to provide renewable building material with little or no ecological impact. In addition the system delivers a cost-competitive solution to the growing worldwide building demand while protecting environmental concerns and significantly reducing the carbon footprint of construction. Progress has been made by the Strawjet Tech Team in creating a system that can be powered by a bicycle or integrated with Programmable Logic Controllers for automated operation.
