Renewed Materials has introduced ALKEMI-acrylic, a surfacing material composed almost completely from post industrial and post consumer acrylic waste, solid-surface waste, and aluminum-scrap waste. When the aluminum scrap is exposed to conventional aluminum recycling methods it burns up as a heavy smoke pollutant

This new product has an SCS certified minimum recycled content of 91%  and can also be recycled at the end of its life span. Appropriate for residential or commercial applications, the 5⁄8’’-thick slabs are available in either 36” x 96” or 36” x 72” sheets.  Pictured is Glacier 740, one of twenty outstanding designer colors available.
