“Color It” is a new online tool recently released from Fireclay that allows for the customization of their Cuerda Seca multicolor tile designs.  The tool provides a selection of over 150 unique designs, both traditional Moroccan and Mexican patterns and as well as some simple geometric, contemporary designs. There is a range of 80 lead-free glaze colors to choose from and once both patterns and colors are selected a proprietary wax resist technique is used to print a black outline on the Debris Series Recycled Ceramic Tile. Stone Source offers a unique range of forest salvage wood from blighted butternut and culled sugar maple trees. The Spalted Maple is harvested from some of Vermont’s oldest maple sugar orchards where over time due to the decrease in sap production they are culled from the orchards. The spalted effect is created by accelerating the aging process it is then processed to reveal the black spalt patterns. There is random streaking and a range of colors in this beautiful wood.
