The Plyben composite panel from Bencore is composed of a polycarbonate honeycomb core lined with plywood layers. It can be used as a structural element for partition walls or for a multilayer wall as an intermediate panel. The external wood layer is Okume which allows for the use of fasteners and standard glues for wood applications.

The panel is lightweight having been designed specifically for interior use. One of the main applications has been on boats as a structural support for thin decorative materials such as stone or wood.  The panel finishes can be customized upon request.
