VECTR Wall Panel is a new ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) facade material from Taktl LLC with unlimited potential for architects and designers. The Vectr Panels are an excellent alternative, and in most cases a superior product, to GFRC, traditional pre-cast concrete, high-pressure laminate, terra cotta and stone.

The ultrahigh-performance concrete mixture is suitable for cladding that can be used in either interior or exterior applications, over a variety of substructures that include cladding over masonry and stud walls, and ventilated rain screen systems. The 1/2″-thick panels come in eight colors and textures that allow architects and designers the ability to create subtle or dramatic articulated facades through pattern, texture and color.

The company was formed in 2010 by two managing principles and founders of Forms+Surfaces to focus exclusively on exterior facades, interior wall panels and urban furnishings. The production facility is located in Pennsylvania, where the material is made using locally sourced materials and with low energy methods of production.
